Our vision is of a new style of theatre company – for Scotland and beyond – which allies the development and production of new work to a radical approah to growing talent. We will demonstrate that new work of excellence – both new plays and reimagined classics – can be made to excite audiences at the same time as training new talent in every area of performance and production.
